Easy Green Salad

Hi, we are happy that you chose us as your meal provider. Whilst we appreciate your effort in clicking the buttons, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

1. A minimum order of RM30 is required for delivery. For delivery, we accept any time from 12.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Orders are taken one day in advance for delivery.

2. Pick up order can be made on the same day. Pick up service start at 12pm until 9.30pm. Please allow us at least 30 minutes to prepare your order. Delivery operation hour is from 12am to 8pm. Please allow us to have at least 2 hours to prepare your order for delivery purpose. 

3. We only accept credit card payment for delivery orders and COD for pick-up orders.

4. Unfortunately there will be no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed. 

5. You will receive a confirmation email after each order. In the event an item ordered is not available, we will replace an item of equivalent quality and price.

6. If you have allergy to any food, please give us a heads up in the “Remark” box.  

7. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. We seek your understanding as we do not want to harm our riders in anyway. After all we are all human :)

8. Delivery service at this moment limited to PJ region or area permitted by our website only.  Delivery may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

9. If you area is not covered by our delivery service, kindly contact us or drop us an email. We will work our way in order to ensure you are able to enjoy our delicious yet healthy gourmet salad. 

10. Please ensure your presence at the delivery address to ensure timely food delivery. We will call you to confirm the address.

11.  All our ingredients & food are sourced from from halal-certified suppliers. All Easy Green's foods and products are processed in strictly pork free facilities and Muslim group friendly environment, so to our all muslim friends, fret not and enjoy our food! :)
